A quality roof is essential to any property, and with the recent storms that affected Levelland, many property owners, including those who may not have insurance, have been placed in a position demanding a roof replacement. Our goal is to award this roof to the person we believe deserves and needs it the most. Please read below for our guidelines and disclaimers for this giveaway, and help us find the perfect recipient!

Guidelines & Disclaimers

  • The roof must need total replacement
  • The Recipient must not be able to afford a new roof
  • The property can not be insured by a homeowners policy, or insurance will not cover the roof replacement
  • Property must be within Levelland, TX city limits
  • Roof replacement material will be chosen by West Texas Commercial Roofing
  • The giveaway includes tear-off and installation
  • Replacement includes manufacturer’s & labor warranties
  • Recipient Must not be related directly or by law to any West Texas Commercial Roofing employee
  • The recipient will be chosen at the full discretion of West Texas Commercial Roofing, LLC. Additional restrictions may apply
  • Recipient must be 18 years old or older 
  • The home must be owner-occupied and not currently in foreclosure
  • The free roof includes material, labor, and disposal of all debris.
  • Skylight replacement and structural or interior leak repairs are not included with the free roof
  • The homeowner must be willing to allow their personal image and the image of their home to be used in all forms of advertising
  • Employees of West Texas Commercial Roofing, LLC advertising and promotional agencies and their affiliates (ex: immediate family) are excluded from this giveaway
  • Nominations will be accepted through 11:59 PM 06/06/2024**
  • The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded
